Codi is called to health care from a place of deep commitment to being the ‘person she needed growing up’ in and around homelessness and respecting the inherent dignity of all people. She arrived at Ascending to Health in mid-2023, after serving as EMT on the top of Pikes Peak, recognizing that she is at her best in dynamic and somewhat unpredictable situations. Codi’s responsibilities include coordinating the primary medical aspects of Ascending to Health while supporting respite patients through care coordination.

Codi serves on the State Maternity Advisory Committee, The Children’s Disability Advisory Committee, and is a co-founder and Administrator of Colorado Crafting for a Cause. Her passion project is developing a D&D-inspired EMS training campaign designed to enhance medical education through interactive storytelling.
